Accessibility Statement

Pike Street Hospitality Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to making our restaurant websites accessible and usable for everyone, including people with disabilities.

Our goal is to align our websites with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and applicable U.S. accessibility laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

This statement applies to the following websites operated by Pike Street Hospitality Group:

 

Ongoing accessibility work

We are actively reviewing and improving accessibility across all of these websites. This work is ongoing, and not every page or feature may fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA yet.

  • Improving keyboard navigation and focus order so that all interactive elements can be used without a mouse.

  • Reviewing and adding alternative text to meaningful images.

  • Checking and adjusting color contrast to make text easier to read.

  • Ensuring headings, labels, and link text are clear and descriptive.

  • Updating forms so that all fields are properly labeled and usable with assistive technology.

  • Reducing or removing content that may cause issues for users with photosensitivity or motion sensitivity.

As each site is updated, accessibility issues that are found or reported will continue to be reviewed and addressed.

 

Known limitations

Because this work is still in progress, users may encounter:

  • Pages or components that are not yet fully keyboard accessible.

  • Older content where heading structure or alternative text may be incomplete.

  • PDFs or third-party tools, such as reservation systems, maps, or embedded widgets, that are not fully controlled and may not yet meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

These areas are being actively reviewed and will be improved or replaced over time where possible.

 

Assistive technologies and browsers

The goal is for these websites to work with common web browsers and assistive technologies, including screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice recognition software, and built-in accessibility features in modern operating systems.

Actual compatibility may vary while updates are still in progress.
